What a day, warm, slightly under the weather from last night and neither of us can be bothered cooking anything all day. Dinner was leftovers - pumpkin and feta salad eaten with chopsticks as every knife and fork was dirty LOL

BBQ thinly sliced pumpkin (skin and all)
Feta crumbled
lime or mandarine oil drizzled over the top.
I've made it in the past with beetroot cubed, just tinned stuff, nothing fancy!
